How to: Managing Your Billing and Payment Requests
Receipts
If you’d like a copy of your payment receipt, please contact support@atomlearning.co.uk and include the date range you need. Our team aim to respond to your request as soon as possible.
Invoices
To request an invoice, simply email support@atomlearning.co.uk with the relevant payment dates or billing period. We’ll process your request and get back to you promptly.
Changing your billing date
It’s not currently possible to change your billing date on an active subscription. If you’d like your payments to be taken on a different date, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe on your preferred date. This will reset your billing cycle going forward.
