How to add extra time

Learn how to add extra time to your child's mock tests

If your child is eligible for extra time in examinations, you may wish to add extra time to their mock tests on Atom.

Follow the instructions below to add extra time to your child's Atom mock tests:

1. Sign into your Atom Home account using your username and password.
2. Navigate to the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the page, then click on 'Settings'.
3. Scroll down to 'learning settings' then click on 'edit'
4. Under 'Add extra time', adjust the additional amount of time your child is eligible for. E.g if your child is eligible for 25% extra time, input '25'.
5. Click 'save changes'. Extra time will automatically be applied to any mock test your child attempts on Atom.
