How to interpret the progress over time graph

The progress over time graph gives you a clear view of your child’s progress over time at a glance. The graph displays the progress your child is making month on month, making it easy to track their performance over time.

The graph allows you to see how your child compares to other children who were accepted to the same school, so you can ensure that they’re on track.

What is the benchmark?

The benchmark is shown with the dotted line on the progress over time graph. This represents how we would expect your child to perform at a certain point during the academic year based on your child's goals.

If your child is not preparing for an exam, the benchmark is based on the performance of all users in your child’s year group on the platform at that time in the academic year.

To reach the benchmark, we recommend that your child completes their weekly target in each subject every week

You can quickly see whether your child is on track, if they require more practice, and which topics they find the trickiest. We recommend that they complete their weekly targets every week to reach the benchmark. The platform will make suggestions on what to practice to help your child continue to make progress.
