Key Stage 3 Maths - Year 6 extension topics
Prepare for Key Stage 3 with Atom's extension topics
18 maths extension topics don't appear in the Learning Journey until your child covers their Year 6 maths curriculum. This is because these are early Key Stage 3 topics, designed to provide a challenge for students after their examinations. These topics can be accessed through Custom Practices at any point.
To view and set these topics, you need to select 'All' from the Year Group drop-down menu.
We have included a list of these extension topics below. We would encourage you to set Custom Practices in these areas to introduce your child to the Key Stage 3 maths Curriculum:
- Mean, Median & Range
- Scatter Graphs
- Basic Probability
- Compound Probability
- Averages from Graphs
- Recurring Decimals
- Speed
