GCSE Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Atom Learning Ltd, Fox Court, 14 Grays Inn Road, London WC1X 8HN.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is for UK students aged 14–16 and parents or legal guardians entering on behalf of a UK student aged 14–16.
By entering, you confirm that either:
- You are aged 14–16 and live in the UK, or
- You are a parent or legal guardian of a child aged 14–16 who lives in the UK.
Entries that do not meet this eligibility at the time of prize draw will be disqualified.
Employees of Atom Learning and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Atom Learning reserves the right to request, and winners must promptly provide, valid proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility. Failure to supply satisfactory evidence upon request will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
Atom Learning reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise breaches these terms, at any stage of the competition.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway opens on 1st September 2025 and last entries will be permitted on 28th February 2026.
There is a new prize every month between September 2025 and February 2026. Prizewinners will be selected and notified during the first week of each following month (October–March).
Entry for each monthly prize closes at 11:59pm on the last day of that month.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

Complete and submit the entry form on the official giveaway landing page.
You will receive a confirmation email with a unique referral link.
To enter each month’s prize draw, click the monthly entry confirmation link sent via email. This link is unique to you and must not be shared publicly.
You can earn additional entries by referring friends using your unique referral code. A successful referral is when:
- The referred person completes the entry form,
- Enters the referral code,
- Confirms their email address, and
- Meets the same eligibility requirements as the main entrant.
  
  Each successful referral counts as one extra entry into that month’s draw. To be entered into each month’s prize draw, you must click the monthly entry confirmation link sent via email. This link is unique to you and must not be shared publicly.

5. Prizes

The prizes are:

September: 6-month Snackfully gift box
October: iPad Air
November: 4x Boardmasters tickets + £1,000 spending money
December: 4x Interrail tickets + £1,000 spending money
January: Apple Vision Pro
February: MacBook Pro + iPhone 16 Pro and Apple Airpods Max + 2 x Reading festival tickets + £500 spending money

Participation in this giveaway does not create any contractual obligation on Atom Learning to provide a prize or any alternative. The awarding of any prize remains at Atom Learning’s sole discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless stated. Atom Learning reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

High-value prizes (e.g. iPad, MacBook, Vision Pro) will only be delivered to a verified parent or guardian address.

6. Prize-Specific Terms – Boardmasters, Interrail, and Reading Festival

For the Boardmasters, Interrail and Reading Festival prizes, Atom Learning is the prize provider only and is not the organiser of the event or travel experience.
For prizes involving travel or overnight stays, a parent or legal guardian must accompany any winner under 18. Atom Learning will not act in loco parentis and is not responsible for the supervision, welfare, or behaviour of winners or their guests during events or travel.
The winner (and, if applicable, their parent/legal guardian and/or accompanying guests) are responsible for reviewing and complying with all event and travel provider terms and conditions, including any age restrictions, codes of conduct, and health and safety requirements.
Winners must arrange their own valid travel documentation (including passports and visas), travel insurance, and cover any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
Atom Learning accepts no liability for:
- Any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or other incident occurring before, during, or after the event/travel experience.
- Event or travel changes, cancellations, or rescheduling by the provider.
- Any breach of terms by the winner or their guests.
Attendance at these prizes is entirely at the winner’s own risk. By accepting the prize, winners (and their parent/legal guardian, if applicable) agree to release Atom Learning from any responsibility for incidents or losses arising from participation.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries for each month.
To claim a prize, Atom Learning may request:
- Proof of age for student entrants.
- Proof of parental/guardian status for adult entrants.
- Verification that the entrant has a child of school age.
Parental or legal guardian consent will be required before awarding any prize. This is especially applicable for prizes involving event attendance, travel, or overnight stays (e.g. Boardmasters and Reading Festival tickets, Interrail passes).
If eligibility cannot be verified within 7 days, Atom Learning reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Winners will be contacted via the email address used to enter.
Atom Learning reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a prize if, in its reasonable opinion, awarding the prize may pose a safeguarding risk or if eligibility criteria are not fully met. Atom Learning reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a prize at any time, including after notification, at its absolute discretion and without liability.

8. Use of Data

By entering, you agree to Atom Learning processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your data will be used to administer the giveaway, notify winners, and communicate updates about the competition and Atom Learning products (if you opt in).
Where we request an entrant’s phone number for verification purposes, it will be used solely to verify eligibility and will not be used for marketing or promotional communications.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
For entrants under 16, personal data will only be processed with parental or guardian consent and will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer the competition.

9. Publicity

By entering, you agree that Atom Learning may publish your first name, school year, and prize won on its website and social media if you win.
Winners may be asked (but are not required) to provide a photo, video or testimonial for promotional purposes.
Winners may be invited to participate in a recorded video call where the prize is presented to them. With the winner’s consent, and consent from their parent or legal guardian, Atom Learning may use recordings from this call, in whole or in part, for marketing and promotional purposes across its website, social media channels and other marketing materials. Participation in such recordings is entirely optional and does not affect the awarding of the prize.

10. General

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is free.
Atom Learning reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice.
Prizes are awarded at the sole discretion of Atom Learning. Atom Learning reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, substitute or withhold any prize, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with or unfairly influence the outcome (including but not limited to fake referrals, multiple accounts, or false details) will result in immediate disqualification.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
