To add new classes, year groups, staff or pupils to your account, simply email schools@atomlearning.co.uk with the names you would like to add and we will do this for you. We’re working on a way for this to be quicker and easier with a self-serve model, so do keep an eye out for this update!

At Atom, we sync with your school’s Management Information System (MIS). The MIS is where your school stores all the information about classes, pupils and staff. Your school’s MIS may be provided by a company e.g. iSAMS or Engage but they all perform a similar function.
We use a third-party data management and integration company called Wonde who are used by thousands of schools across the UK. Wonde safely and securely integrates your school's MIS with our system. This allows Atom to quickly, accurately and securely update pupils, classes and year groups.
When you would like to add new pupils or year groups, simply confirm that your school’s MIS system has been updated to reflect your new students or year groups. Then email us at schools@atomlearning.co.uk and we will perform a ‘re-sync’ on our system, allowing your account to accurately reflect the changes.
