On the next screen, the Deselect button allows you to remove any pupils from the homework; for example, if they were absent.

On the third and final screen, you will be prompted to confirm the activity type.

You can choose to set the homework immediately, or to schedule it for a later date. The due date you set will be visible to your pupils.

To schedule your homework for a later date, deselect the Set homework now field and choose a start date.

If you have set the homework immediately, it will be labelled as Active. If you have scheduled the homework for a later date, it will labelled as Scheduled.
