How do I add a student to the Tutor Portal?

You can link students to your Tutor Portal from your Dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Tutor Portal
  2. Select ‘Add students
  3. Select the relevant option. Add a student

Existing Atom Home subscribers

If your student is already subscribed to Atom Home, you will need to send a request to their parent or guardian to connect to their account. 

  1. Select the ‘Connect to a student’s account’ option
  2. Add the email address of your student’s parent or guardian
  3. Edit the message
  4. Select ‘Send request’.

Your student's parent or guardian will receive an email from Atom Learning informing them that you've requested to link their child's account to your Tutor Portal. They will need to log in and select the account they’d like to link.

New Atom Home subscribers

If your student isn’t subscribed to Atom Home, you will need to send an invite to their parent or guardian to subscribe. They’ll get 10% off their first monthly payment and you'll earn a 15% commission on each of their monthly payments

  1. Select the ‘Invite a student’s parent to subscribe’ option 
  2. Add the email address of your student’s parent or guardian
  3. Edit the message
  4. Select ‘Invite parent’.

Setting up an Atom Home subscription for your student 

If you would like to set up and pay for your student’s subscription to Atom Home, you will need to create a profile with their information. You will also need to add your personal discount when choosing your student’s plan. You will save 10% on your first monthly payment and an ongoing 20% on any additional subscriptions
