How do I update my payment information?

Sign in to your Atom Hom account.
Select 'go to My Settings.'
1. If you're already signed in to the platform, select your profile icon on the top right-hand corner, select 'My settings,' and enter your parent password.
If you have more than one child on your account, select the child whose payment details you want to update.
Under Student settings, select [Child's name]'s subscription.
Under Payment details, select Edit payment details and follow the on-screen steps.

Please note, we cannot take card details over the phone so all changes to payment details must be made directly on the platform.

Keep your payment details up to date to avoid any interruption to your subscription.
