How do I update my payment information?
Keep your payment details up to date to avoid any interruption to your subscription.
- Sign in to your Atom Hom account.
- Select 'go to My Settings.'
- If you're already signed in to the platform, select your profile icon on the top right-hand corner, select 'My settings,' and enter your parent password.
- If you have more than one child on your account, select the child whose payment details you want to update.
- Under Student settings, select [Child's name]'s subscription.
- Under Payment details, select Edit payment details and follow the on-screen steps.

Please note, we cannot take card details over the phone so all changes to payment details must be made directly on the platform.
