How to update your payment information
1. Navigate to the profile icon on the top right of your screen.
2. Select "settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to where it says your child's subscription.
4. Select the pencil icon next to your card details, as shown in the screenshot below.
Please note, we cannot take card details over the phone so all changes to payment details must be made directly on the platform.
