Tutor referral code: Terms and conditions

Eligibility:
- The referral programme is open to all tutors who use the Atom Learning Tutor Portal.
- Tutors have two ways to make referrals and earn money:
  - Sending an email invite to a tutee’s parent or guardian
  - Sharing their personal referral code with non-tutees
- Any first-time customer who creates an Atom Nucleus/Home account via one of the above routes will get a 10% discount on their first payment*. The tutor who referred them will earn 15% of the cost of the referee’s subscription payment each month, excluding VAT. (The referee is the person using the referral code.)

2. Email invite use:

To invite a tutee, tutors must use the email invite route and not the referral code route. This will allow the tutee’s parent or guardian to set up an Atom account that is linked to the tutor’s account.

3. Referral code use:

Tutors can use their referral codes to invite friends, family, and personal contacts to Atom Learning.
Referral codes will allow the referee to create an Atom account that is not linked to the tutor’s account. Because of this, tutors must not use the referral code for inviting tutees to Atom Learning.
Tutors can share their referral codes on their personal social media profiles.
Codes are not permitted to be posted on public forums or voucher code websites. Any codes that can be found through organic search for Atom discount codes, rather than targeted audiences under the tutor's control, will be disqualified from the programme.

4. Benefits for referees:

The referee (the person using the referral code) is eligible for a 10% discount on their first payment when subscribing to Atom Learning's home education platform, Atom Nucleus/Home.

5. Commission for tutors:

Tutors will earn a 15% commission on the company's earnings from the referee, excluding VAT.

6. Payment discretion:

All earnings, including discounts and commissions, are issued at Atom Learning's discretion.
Atom Learning reserves the right to withhold payment if deemed necessary.

7. Duration:

The referral programme is ongoing, but Atom Learning reserves the right to modify or terminate it at any time without prior notice.

8. Fraudulent activity:

Atom Learning reserves the right to disqualify any individual engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activities related to the referral programme.

9. Changes to terms:

Atom Learning reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Tutors and referees are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

By using the referral code, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Atom Learning reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the referral programme.
