If you are encountering a "Maths Processing Error" message, it means that your browser is running out of memory while generating the data on the platform.
There could be a few reasons for this such as:
- You are using an older device with limited memory
- You are using an older browser version
- There are other programmes running reducing your browsers memory
- Temporary issue
We are very sorry if your child may have experienced this error when using the platform.
To help resolve this problem, we recommend the following steps:
1. Upgrade your computer's operating system
2. Open a Custom Practice and please follow these steps
- Start a custom practice in a topic that includes maths notation (symbols/equations) such as fractions.
- On the question screen, right-click on the maths notation (or "Math Processing Error" if it appears).
- Select "Math Settings," then "Math Renderer," and finally "HTML-CSS."
Please note that this must be done during custom practice.
