Why is my child seeing a padlock next to their homework?

Your child can see a padlock next to their work on their Atom School account if your parent portal is not activated. 

To activate it, please follow the steps outlined below. Once activated, your child will be able to complete the work set by their teacher.

If you have already activated your parent portal and the lock is still appearing, please reset your password via this link here and this should resolve it.
